Everything you'd expect from a clean and comfortable friendly seaside guest house.

Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly and engaging host. Facilities very clean and more than adequate. Tasty breakfast ordered the night before. Very good value for money. Would recommend and return when next in Blackpool.

Good breakfast provided. Room is clean and cleaned every day. Clean towels provided daily unless you opt out. Very convenient to town and many areas. It may not look the best of ideals due to the exterior, but the accommodation within has much more than provided for comfort and basic needs. A room heater is also added to room for cold days. TV as well.

Close proximity to the Wintergardens makes it a perfect place to stay if you are competing there. Ann will go out of her way to make sure you are well taken care of. Will definitely return.

Ann is a great host,very pleasant.Breakfast is very nice, orange juice,cereal,fry consisting of sausage,eggs, beans, tomatoes,the nicest bacon I've ever had, mushrooms, and occasionally hash browns or black pudding, toast,tea or coffee.I had a single room,the bed was very comfortable and had an ensuite WC/shower room.The room had a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table and chair and a small led TV.The room was cleaned daily and bed made.Thereis also tea/coffee making facilities.I word highly recommend.very close to the Wintergardens/town centre

Clarron House is quiet, homely and comfortable with excellent, attentive service from the owners. En suite bathroom was small but perfectly adequate. Free wifi and lovely cooked breakfasts were very much appreciated. It is within very easy walking distance of the Winter Gardens so was perfect for our weekend at the ISTD Ballroom & Latin Grand Finals.

Ann was very friendly and looked after everyone Good location and quiet, room was spotlessly clean.

Ann was fantastic and very helpful.

The landlady was so hospitable, understanding of my late hours as I was singing in a concert in the Winter Gardens and would return late. It was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was gorgeous. I will definitely book there again and tell other band members to do the same.

Absolutely lively hotel and landlady was wonderful couldn't do enough.. left feeling is made a new friend and already booked in my next visit..
