Very clean and comfortable bed.

Location was great along with friednly and helpful staff Although we didn't book breakfast - we did go into the cafe and breakfast was fab Room was clean and well laid out.

Room was very hot through the night making it hard to sleep - we tried opening windows but facing the main road made it rather noisy Whilst there was tea and coffee facilities, there was no bottled water provided

It was spotless. It was well prepared. It was reasonably well equipped.

It was cramped. The en suite was tiny.

The location was very good managed to get parked right outside rooms clean and comfortable breakfast was amazing

Beautiful room, well kitted out, ideal location for me for visiting family in south shields. Staff very helpful, gave good recommendations on where to eat, and a good pub across the road, called the marine, very welcoming. Breakfast excellent.
