I’ve stayed there before so knew what to expect. Clean and functional single room

Sound insulation between rooms and the room downstairs could be better. Whilst the location is perfect the street noise can be problematic, and whilst it’s not the fault of the hotel the boy racers going up and down ocean road with their loud backfiring exhausts was irritating

Lovely room, overlooking Orchard Road. Great location, fantastic breakfast and all the staff were great. Parking outside the hotel is free.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was lovely, room was nice, we were under the roof, room was super hot, sadly not able to open window properly, and shower goes from lovely to freezing to boiling if someone else turns water on elsewhere, other than the waterpressure, the bed was very comfy and wifi worked well, parking was very handy, we would use it again. Decor was very nice.

For a superior room, it was very small and claustrophobic

Room very cramped. Too much light at night. Roller blind inadequate.
