Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Hard to find decent place to stay with a reasonable price. This place feels like someone’s loved home more than a business. Breakfast is so amazing. Thank you to everyone who is in charge.

The host was absolutely amazing – so warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. You can really tell they take pride in looking after their guests. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with great quality ingredients, and the host made sure everyone had everything they needed. The whole place was spotless – one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed in. It honestly made our stay in Eastbourne so much better.

The only small thing (purely personal preference) was that the mattress was a little soft for me. But that’s just down to individual taste and didn’t take away from our experience at all.

Welcoming, very comfy bed, spotlessly clean, lovely shower, soft towels and a better breakfast offer than many hotels I have been to. Lovely seafront location, excellent value for money.
