"Close to all amenities"

Was having a early start for onward journey ,was just a short walk to meet coach,couldnt have breakfast ,but everything else was good

Got email on day I was checking in to tell me about access using keysafe. That was fair enough but email mentioned that breakfast is served 8 to 8:30, which is too late for me (I had to leave by 7:30). I tried phoning the number given but got no answer and nobody called me back so I just had to do without breakfast, although it was 'included in the price'.

Clean and comfy family run accommodation, with few formalities. Being on a main road, has good access to public transport and perfectly situated to explore the North East. Lovely cooked breakfast from well considered menu. Loads of nearby restaurants & shops. I enjoyed my recent 4 night stay.
