Oh my goodness the breakfast was amazing. It was cooked beautifully to order. Nothing was too much trouble. It was served hot and delicious!

I liked everything about this property. The room was spotless and comfortable. There was a small fridge with fresh milk for making tea and coffee, even some biscuits and chocolates. We had a lovely big bathroom with a bath and shower.

Came up north to visit my daughter, fab location walking distance to everywhere, just perfect. Very clean and homely.

The hosts were very friendly, the breakfast was amazing. Very clean and comfortable room. Totally enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

Property was very welcoming with a high standard of decoration and was immaculately clean. There were nice little extra touches like a fridge with fresh milk, coffee making facilities and chocolates! Good quality toiletries in the bathroom

Parking can be a little bit tricky but that is the nature of the location.

Loved everything

Clean and comfortable room with a lovely en suite. Tea coffee, with fresh milk in a fridge in the room, which was a great idea. Ideal location to catch buses to Sunderland, lovely just to walk to the coast too and around South Sheilds. Breakfasts were amazing cooked to perfection and whatever you'd like, I tried pancakes, Salmon nothing was too much trouble full english was lovely too. Great evening restaurants within walking distance, too. Definitely would recommend to stay.

Parking can be a little difficult outside the property, but there's a public free carpark not far. There is no view from the back bedroom, not that really mattered, it's a lovely base to explore South Sheilds.
