Room had everything I needed including mains power points (which are often hidden away in hotels), tea, coffee and biscuits. Good to have a sink in the room as the room didn't come with en-suite. Nigel was friendly and helpful.

I knew the room wasn't en-suite, but the toilets were downstairs and the shower down two flights of stairs.
