Beautiful condo! Perfect for a family of six, three beautiful beaches at walking distance and quite and nice neighborhood! Kihei was not my first option but after this trip I would reserve here again. Very centric for most attractions! The only thing we needed was a bigger dinning room for the six of us to eat together! We used the patio that had enough seats and it worked out! I recommend these condos

Overall great place to stay. Appreciated the attention to small details, ice chests, chairs, plenty of towels and clean sheets. This particular unit needed some catch up on deferred cleaning and maintenance - nothing any worse than what I have at home, but it's time ;)

We liked the location of this property. It is walking distance to the beach, breakfast, dessert, and gear rental places. The neighborhood stays quiet, so it is easy to get some rest. There were issues with the property during our stay, including: cockroaches and condo maintenance. After reporting problems with appliances, the reservation manager replaced the iron and the coffee maker the next day. A couple items were not fixed during our stay, and we found cockroaches daily.

Overall the condo was nice. Each condo in this complex is individually owned so updates and upkeep are on each owner independently within the unit. Our unit had the shower rod pulling away from the wall and the curtain would keep sliding open. The carpet really needed to be replaced, it felt older and didn't feel super clean and had some stains throughout including a large spot in the hallway when you walk in that looked as though bleach was spilled, it wasn't dirty per say but didn't feel extremely clean either. In the kitchen around the fridge was exceptionally dirty (like built up dirt). The TV's while somewhat new had a lot of locked out features, for some reason they locked out the option to access Netflix from the TV.. I will say that the unit we had was well stocked with plates and cookware. They had lots of beach items for use (we didn't use them because we brought our own not knowing if they would have any). The condo is across the street from a rocky beach, not far from a nice one. There is not food on site, but tons of options within a 10 min drive and a probably 5 or 6 options within a 10 min walk. Overall we would go back, just a few tweeks and I would have given it a higher rating across the board.
