The property was lovely unfortunately had problems with the shower. That’s the only issue I had with the hotel

The venue was great, but when me and my partner tried to have a shower that evening to freshen up, it was impossible because there was no water, and the following morning when we checked out there were still no water. The owner did message me and explained there was an airlock within the plumbing. But I still feel I’ve been let down. Me and my partner were disappointed.. thx

The hotel was beautiful. Everything from the stunning views to the lovely team working there was exceptional . Food was outstanding too . Attention to detail was so good . Location perfect right next door to Beatrice Potters Hilltop farm home and views of the lake are breathtaking .

服务很优秀，餐饮的确不错，环境优美，酒店房间在楼上，一楼是餐厅及休闲会客场所，酒店还提供许多贴心的服务。到达酒店要乘轮渡上岛，正好避开人流有了清静的空间。很满意的一次住宿。

浴缸使用淋浴需手拿，但也不是问题

Room was lovely and the view was stunning, the room was spotless, loved the little extras in the room too (sherry and a bowl with essentials such as cotton pads, tweezers etc) ! Staff were lovely and helpful and the food !! Wow the food was delicious !! Local pub literally five minutes walk up the road too was really nice. Just a really ideal location for staying local and doing lots of walks or very close to coniston and lots of other places to explore too!
