Staff efficient & friendly especially Kelsey. Meals were delicious & drinks reasonably priced. Room wasn’t spacious but sufficient with a comfortable bed & sea view.

Overall hotel stay was good. Could do with a new shower as not very powerful & maybe few more staff, as only 2 staff available & was having to serve at the bar & cover Reception at the same time. Breakfast was lovely.

The hotel is very conveniently located, overlooking the beach & only a few minutes walk from Deal railway station as well as being close to the high street and supermarkets. The room was spacious, well presented and immaculately clean. Despite being above the restaurant, it was nice and quiet & I enjoyed a good night's sleep in the very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and professional. Good breakfast (included in the very reasonable price of the stay). Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay but unfortunately our room didn’t have any heating as the radiator didn’t work & there was an electric heater but that didn’t work either. The staff were very accommodating & gave us another room. However we could only have that room for one. Icky so we were moved again. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.
