"Slechste ervaring in Cesme!"

Het was een teleurstellende vakantie, met veel verwachtingen maar helaas nog meer teleurstellingen. Waar zal ik beginnen? De kamer werd niet goed schoongemaakt. Na de schoonmaak bleek regelmatig dat de helft nog was vergeten. Er waren geen koffiebekers aanwezig op de kamer. De prijs die je betaalt staat absoluut niet in verhouding tot de service die je krijgt. Je betaalt voor ontbijt, maar koffie is niet inbegrepen. En dit zijn slechts enkele voorbeelden. Al met al was dit mijn eerste ervaring met Swiss, maar helaas ook direct de laatste. Voor mij nooit meer.

We had a great stay at Swissotel Resort and Spa Cesme. The room was very comfortable and well maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable, which made a big difference to our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which we really appreciated. The overall experience felt smooth and professional, and the hotel clearly maintains a high standard.

Хорошее месторасположение. Красивый вид на море. Хороший спа.

Очень скудный завтрак - на уровне 3х звезд. Американо на завтрак за дополнительную плату - это позор, учитывая стоимость и уровень отеля. Такое я встретил впервые при оплаченном завтраке
