Tivemos estadia maravilhosa, com uma vista deslumbrante e um ambiente que combina luxo, conforto e hospitalidade. O quarto era espaçoso, aconchegante e muito bem decorado, cada detalhe pensado para proporcionar descanso e bem-estar. O café da manhã foi muito bom, servido num salão elegante e cheio de charme. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e acolheu nossa família com todo o carinho, o que fez toda diferença na experiência. Ficamos com vontade de prolongar a estadia e, sem dúvida, voltaremos! Recomendo de olhos fechados.

The hotel faces east, so you get the morning sun but none after around 3 p.m., which keeps the place cooler in the afternoon. When we arrived, we had booked a deluxe room that turned out to be extremely noisy because of construction work both inside and outside the hotel. As an apology, we were upgraded to a suite, but it didn’t really add much value: the living room was useless and the only real difference was the jacuzzi, which wasn’t working. We were also charged €40 per day for our small Cavalier King Charles, even though dogs are basically banned from almost the entire property, including the restaurant. Who refuses dogs in a restaurant these days? It makes no sense. The EV charging station was also almost always used by hotel staff, making it impossible to charge our car. On top of that, there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the carpet in the room. Overall, the hotel feels old-fashioned and cheaply set up, and unfortunately doesn’t live up to what it promises.
