"Will be back"

The friendly welcome on arrival the girl at the front desk was so nice. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager. She was also friendly . The guy who cooked breakfast was great and helpful as well

The hotel was getting some upgrades but it didnt really bother us everyone was nice and it was clean.

The fruit flys all in the bathroom & most important the hot tub/jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting filled with pubs

1. We requested rooms near each other at booking & they were a floor apart 2. No inner window curtain for privacy 3. Long brown stain on the seat of the desk chair 4. No explanation of amenities at checkin

Loved having the breakfast included. Also, very nice to have the tea/coffee bar open outside of the breakfast hours. Also, great to have the citrus water available in lobby.

Didn't realize that guests with dogs were staying on the ground floor, where we were. I'm a dog lover, but there was a dog near our room that yipped for 15 minutes straight when I was trying to go to sleep. I did alert the front desk and the issue resolved quickly
