breakfast was great, hot food and coffee

every time the toilet was flushed, there was a whistling sound in the room. Even if some other room flushed, the sound happened. And this went on all night long. On booking.com it stated that the room was $206/ night and we were charged $229.58 for the 2nd night. We were also told that $50 would be refunded for not using the safe for money and have yet to see the refund yet. Your web site is not telling the truth on what these places are really charging.

"AWESOME STAFF MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE"

Just returned from a 6 day/5 night stay. Had a lovely time. Geni and Liz at the breakfast buffet are AWESOME. They made our twins feel like family. Every day they provided toys, crayons, coloring pages, and bubbles for our littles. Our 3 year old daughter kept saying "She's so nice," every time she saw Geni. The room was a bit dated--some of the base molding was falling off near the closet and the shower head moved around when we used it, but we opted for a larger suite and the space was sufficient for us. I didn't give this review a 5 because the room smelled very unpleasant--this unfortunately is the result of the hotel allowing pets (thanks a lot, Paris Hilton, she typed ironically). We also rode in the elevator with a woman who subsequently requested a room change due to the smell. TIP FOR THE OWNER: Maybe confine all the guests with dogs to the first floor so your other guests aren't negatively impacted. Some of us are ALLERGIC TO DOGS. Just a thought!
