reception lady was cute and friendly. she was the highlight of the entire hotel. breakfast is good

on weekend night, super noisy with ugly live dancing in the lobby. it is too generous to call it singing or music. hotel facilities are old, owner seems to not interested in renovating, but only milking this old cow

Not all of the reviews for this hotel were good but we wanted a cheapish three night stay in town and therefore had sensible expectations. We were surprised and delighted at the standard of the hotel. As we were on B/B we cannot comment on other meals but found an amazing choice with lots of fresh fruit, wide range of meats and cheeses and a good fried breakfast. For a hotel of this size we thought breakfast was excellent. Room was bigger than expected, pool and sun loungers on roof with comfortable sun beds which we did not expect and hotel was in a central location but much quieter than we thought it would be. Staff were helpful and pleasant. We would certainly stay again.

Unfortunately not very much. Older lady in reception on arrival was lovely. Also the male restaurant manager was pleasant.The rest of the staff were not helpful at all.I work in hospitality here in Spain, it was very sad to see on a daily basis how unhappy they all look.

Breakfast was not the best. Very off putting to see Chips & veg in the morning. Fried Eggs were never cooked properly.My husband had to ask for them to be turned continuously, which the cook /chef??? wasn't pleased about. I usually eat a continental breakfast, even that was difficult. Banana's mostly black.Choice of food was the same for the whole week.Glad we had only went B&B. The rooms are dated. Cleanliness not the best, thread bearing towels. Light came through the blackout curtains as the backs of them have discentrgrated. Bed squeaked as you sat on it. Needs a bit of tlc. Even a coat of paint would hide the dirt on the walls. Plug sockets are all uneven possibly that's were our fridge should have been to hide them. Eventually we got a fridge after my 2nd attempt for a ice bucket.(Fridge was disgusting) Basically i was told by the receptionist to go back up to rooftop to get the barman to come and get me some ice. I was not impressed. I calmly asked her to pick her phone up and call him herself, luckily that's when the professional of the restaurant manager came in. He walked the whole 50 yards to get it for me. We needed a iron. Didn't mind putting a deposit down unfortunately we had no cash on us and they could not accept card? 4*??So we had to go and withdraw money for it. No ironing board though? 4*?? We had to buy or own towels for sun beds too. 4*?? Would not recommend this hotel, very dissatisfied with the rating it has. I think during covid they should have paid to have had it updated.

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star! The food was absolutely vile! Stale pastries, limp and bad salad, bad fruit, all buffer food was cold and looked like it was warmed from thr day before! No clean cutlery, no clean glasses or cups, the jugs of water had spors of black mould in them! The laminate floors was water damaged and coming apart! Ladders to the pool was broken and we witnessed multiple people injuring them selves! The beds was so uncomfortable we never slept due to pins and needles! There was noise on the landings till early hours in the mornings! Doors constantly slamming! No clean towels, no restock of toilet rolls, a foul smell in our room coming from the drains in the bathroom! Stray Cats roaming around the hotel! All the staff are very rude and didn't care about our concerns! None of the coffee or cold drinks machines ever worked! No sangria at all considering its a spanish resort! Never again would i ever saty in this accommodation and advise people to do there research first about this hotel it needs closing down! And the pics online are nothing like the hotel today!
