"Budget hotel."

The room was very big with a nice balcony and the shower was nice and hot.

No kettle for warm drinks first thing in the morning. I know duvet only blankets.

Everything was excellent!...the rooftop sunbathing area was the highlight for me and the pool!.loved the location..so close to Bus Station..Staff sooo friendly..lots of smiles..happy. I shall return oneday!..Even printed my boarding card out for my flight home..Thank you!..You even gave me a large room overlooking Mount Teide..BIG THANK YOU!..I would call this hotel a 3.5 stars hotel..The roof top views are impressive and second to none..even with a pool!..Breakfast was an adequate spread..lovely start to the day.

Breakfast room needs to be a little more tidier..thats all.

The location

The food was awful fly's everywhere all on the fruit and bread we ate out every night and no kettle in your room also no mini refrigerators so drinking warm water when waking up in the night

"Great value but not 4 star"

Staff wonderful especially Sergio the Barman Rooftop pool and bar nice Location of hotel very good Drinks good Breakfast decent

Lunch and evening meals not great, you will find something edible but I wouldn't say it was 4 star food. Bed not very comfortable

"Great value for money"

Location, room size, quiet , breakfast, roof top opens 10am so no reserving of sunbeds, staff friendliness, 3 BBC channels on TV.

Only thing was no handrail in room 7203 so taking a shower was treacherous also really old shower head could do with updating. Could do with more choice on tv in english.

"Good Trip"

I enjoyed the food. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Excellent choice. Plenty of supply. I liked the lobby. The lady who cleaned my room did a great job. I liked the peace and quiet, security and convenient to centre and bus station.

No tap water available at dinner time. I think a jug of tap water should be provided. Air con didn't work very well. Room was warmer than outside. Lowest I got temp with aircon on was 22dg C. Balcony door didn't lock. No English TV channels or news channels. Sky or CNN would have been good.
