"It was one night stay, close to the Pier."

The location to the Norfolk Pier. The breakfast and the indoor pool.the bed was comfy.

My shower stall was missing the shower curtain. The bedroom needs more lights. I found the room to be too dark. Also, I had a problem with the television with the two remotes.

I loved how the breakfast was different everyday. The hotel was very close to everything.

The housekeepers were very rude. We told them multiple times we had a late checkout and they kept banging on our door trying to force us to leave. Mind you checkout was at 11 and we asked to leave at 12. They came to my door at 10:30!! Also the WiFi sucked ! It never worked at all which was an inconvenience for me to watch tv or work on my computer. I’m glad my phone comes with hotspot because the hotel wifi was worthless.
