The hotel is obviously dated, but common areas are very clean and appear to be updated. My room was not what I was expecting. The room was dark, dark scuffing on the wall, palm tree blocking the window (literally pressed against the window blocking vision out and dimming light coming in), the bedside clock was broken (had the wrong time and could not be set to the correct time), the mattress had a ‘hard’ edge all the way around that made it uncomfortable getting in and out of bed, and the mini fridge’ hummed’ very loudly on and off throughout the night. The room served its purpose but viewing as a Hilton Honors member, it could have been a lot better.

I liked that the staff was helpful, nice and friendly. The area around the ground areas was clean as well as the over all cleaners of the room.

Wonderful from the minute I walked in the door, the pleasant welcome in. The clean property and room.
