There were young indigenous youths running around the balconies and the pool area. Swearing loudly, we went back to our room, feeling quite uncomfortable. Then we found out later that they were guests. There was also a large congregation of indigenous people hanging around the foyer area when returning to our room after being out for dinner after 9pm. The group of young people again we running around the balconies. We felt very intimidated and unsafe again.

Close to the airport and cheaper option

È molto brutto esteticamente e quando si entra in reception, il primo pensiero è quello di scappare. Poi però le camere sonore brutte rinnovate, pulite, ben arredate e molto carine. Quindi se rimettessero a posto la reception sarebbe perfetto, anche perché non costa pochissimo. Vanta ottima posizione, davvero vicino all'apt

C'è un problema di gestione del transfer che loro dichiarano gratuito. Non è normale che io abbia dovuto prendere un Uber per raggiungerli e quindi pagare, un servizio che dovrebbe essere compreso nel prezzo perché loro non hanno Wa, devi chiamarli ma se non hai linea perché ti muovi con una e-SIM possibile che non abbiano Wa?! Quindi o tolgono la navetta free, oppure la gestiscono come si deve. Io indico il mio orario di arrivo e quando sono pronta, mando un messaggio su Wa e loro devono venire a prendermi, altrimenti non ha senso. Ho usufruito della navetta inclusa nel prezzo solo la mattina dopo in quanto potevo prenotarla direttamente alla reception. Questa cosa devono sistemarla ed è fonte dell' abbassamento del mio punteggio.

Useful shuttle service but quite a walk and not obvious how to get to it. Room good, quiet, clean. Isolated position so only good for brief overnight stays. No restaurant but bistro next door was good value and quality.
