Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Deer Park

The room was renovated but the lobby was all torn up along with most of the area for the morning breakfast. I think they needed instructions on the blinds in the room. I'm sure it will look very nice once everything has been updated. I would stay there again.

Too much noisy construction. Hammer drills, saws, dust plaster, etc. Should have closed the place

It was nice, but Renovations created some odd noises and smells. Wish there was a trash can out front for placing small bags of dog waste. Otherwise I was very happy with the site. Refrigerator in room did not work correctly, but maintenance gave our room a replacement.

Staff was excellent, rooms are clean. But did not know renovation work was going on.

This was a fantastic hotel choice! We were far from the crazy busy of Chicago, yet close enough to access anything quickly. Food was great. Hotel was new and clean. Most affordable hotel I have booked in a while. Great experience.

Lot of construction and upgrading. noisy due to construction. several ice machines not working. very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety!

In spite of being under construction and not everything in place I still rated my stay as excellent. My only disappointments were that there was no fridge in my room and that I could hear everything the couple next to me and their dog said and did. I just stayed here back in December on the 2nd floor which is now being updated so I was pleased to be put on the 3rd floor where my room was clean and newly remodeled.

Perfect location for visiting friends and tons of food options.

We booked this hotel because it was only a couple miles from the restaurant we and another couple wanted to experience. It was a huge party and we didn't want to drive due to alcohol being served. So we both booked the hotel, given that they had advertised "Shuttle Available". When we arrived, we learned that the shuttle was not available from Friday thru Sunday. The manager worked out a deal where he would pay for the Uber back and forth, but I just wanted to let anyone know.....in case they wanted airport shuttle, etc.. Overall, a nice hotel. Hampton Inns are like McDonald's. You know what to expect, and they are all similar. Business hotels, clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was pretty good. Your standard waffles, eggs, oatmeal, juice. There was construction going on, but kudos to them for keeping the properrty up-to-date.
