The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The vegan breakfasts, which had to be arranged well in advance, were both delicious and satisfying.

The lack of vegan menu items and the inflexibility of the staff to accommodate meal requests unless given several days' advance notice. With the rise in demand for plant-based food and menus around the world—including in Japan—there is clearly a gap in the service package.
