The staff. The hotel is saved from being my worst KSA experience by the staff alone!!!

Internal decor VERY dated. Hotel in desperate need of a refit. Retro styling can be cool but it can also be just bad. And sadly this is just bad. Only the staff improve the experience. Nice polite local receptionist, very friendly restaurant staff. Reasonable in roon dining prices. However, for such an expensive hotel it represents poor value for money. Not recommended.
