This is not really a hotel, but a long term stay. No hotel amenities like hair dryer, iron, 24 hour desk service. Room was outdated. Tear in the bedding, sink drained slow. Location seemed a little sketchy.

Smoke smell was awful

Excellent location for restaurants and shopping and access to I-85. Overall, for an older facility, it was very clean. Lynn was very welcoming at registration and accommodated my check in time, which was after the office closed. I will stay again.

Registration/Office is not open overnight but you are given a number to call for assistance, if needed. Be sure to check office times and make sure your expected arrival time works (unless you are paying online). Difficult to sleep in the front bedroom/kitchen combo area as bed is near the window and outside porch lights are bright - I recommend a pull down shade be added (the blinds are not enough to block light). I used a towel. The rear bedroom was fine. I will definitely stay again.

Affordable, quiet, friendly staff and guests

Only downfall is no elevator.

Everything is clean and safe. Also the area is very accommodating with different restaurants etc. The property manager is very friendly helpful respectful and nice.
