"Affordable accomodation near downtown, for guests who like live music"

Great location, good music, generally helpful crew.

Could use some maintenance in general. Not run-down or neglected, but my room had a makeshift AC installation. Don't expect silence before midnight after concerts. Some guests keep on partying even longer.

I arrived early than regular check in and they were extremely polite and helpful. The location is awesome; all different kinds of food right outside the door. Had a great dinner at the hotel while listening to live jazz.. One block away from the subway station.

loved it all - but there is no elevator , so if you need that you should know. I was on the top floor with no problems :)

Cozy and clean. Great staff, so helpful. Amazing location. We enjoyed a couple late night jazz shows too.

A kettle and coffeemaler in the room would be great.
