The Rex Hotel

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Bei der Buchung war kostenloser Zugang zum abendlichen Live-Jazz enthalten (super-Niveau u klar, dass man für die Musiker*innen dann etwas extra gibt- kann man einfach mit auf die Bar-Rechnung setzen lassen)

Zimmer sind etwas eng, aber ok für einige Tage. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen- aber vielleicht auch besser bei dem Straßenlärm. Es gab AC.

Comfortable value for money and good location. The Jazz and Blues bar was a fantastic venue

It is on Queen Street and a short walk to Roy Thomson Hall. There is live music and a restaurant downstairs. I love the posters and paintings decorating the rooms and hall. The menu has good vegan and vegetarian options.

The music goes on into the night. I like it, but some people might prefer a quieter room. Also, downtown Toronto has lots of noise at night. You will hear plenty of sirens. This is true of many hotels downtown on busy streets.

I like everything about the Rex Hotel, especially the live entertainment. The rooms are cozy. The location is perfect. Everything right outside the door. I can't wait to return. 😁

Clean room and was close to everything

First thing: the hotel stuff i would rate 6 out of 5. Literally. So nice and helpful. They are the gem of the place, made a huge impression on me. Second thing: great hotel in great area, close by and with easy access to everything important in the city. Even tho our room we had was surprisingly quiet all the time. And the beds were sooo comfortable... Aircon works very well in the room. The room needs a bit touch of renovation but we are not that fossy.

The window in our room was not opening at all so we couldnt ventilate the room properly. And thats all here.
