Super friendly owner, tasty breakfast, and an amazing location near the center of town (but still quiet). We stayed in the ADA room and it was in great condition and the bathroom was large and updated.

At $286 per night, it is not worth the money. Mendocino is a beautiful town. Seagull Inn does not align. Aged appearance, no AC in the room, dirty carpet, no extra toilet paper, no TV . One day, our room was not cleaned.One window frame was broken, there was a small Wooden stylet to keep it open. He only positive was the good breakfast but again not worth the money.

$9.499/gal for petrol? Mendocino is a charming little sea-side village that oozes character and natural beauty, but it is WAY too expensive for normal folks.

"We did have a wonderful stay and will treasure our memories . The children loved sleeping in the loft."

Interesting breakfasts. Our grandchildren and myself enjoyed the yogurt and fruit parfaits and freshly cooked muffins. Husband missed having egg and toast. Close to the beach and shops. It is a historic beachside town that has remained the same for a long time. The summer garden was beautiful.

It was expensive. The microwave was in an awkward spot. It needed a separate shelf. We didn’t use housekeeping over our three nights and the expectation of a tip was confusing. The note left in our room said if you don’t have enough cash here is a contact email.

Lovely property with a yard filled with flowers and a view of the water from the front. Quiet and peaceful. Staff was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of with our late arrival. Breakfast brought to the room was delicious! Comfy beds, great shower, clean, and we appreciated the sitting area and table for breakfast. We will definitely stay again.
