"Average hotel"

It was OK - so so.. Though staff are friendly thier processes are cumbersome and at every stage there is undue delay.

Service: Sloppy; staff service was very hit and miss, mostly miss. way too far from town, meaning constant haggling with autorickshaw drivers..too much of a hassle

"Not a bad location"

Value for money stay. Do not expect much attention from the staff. Door locks needs replacements. None of the room's key card's were working and all the guests were dependent on one person who was running around helping everyone open their respective rooms with a single card.

"Worst stay"

While checking at the hotel around 6 am of May 30, 2012 the staff at the counter simply checked-us in without a single word and later on while checking out on June 2, 2012 they simply charged for an extra day. Nothing stops them from telling that we need to check-in by noon. It is simply looting and dis-courteous. This is not the way to earn. I booked the hotel through you because of your brand and expected a transparent service.

"Ginger Mangalore.. the worst"

never ever stay in Ginger Mangalore... spoke to another guest also he also have the same opinion... the bed sheets are so dirty.. whats the use of paying these rent and stay in such hotels... never again

Best Hotel of its Class.Basic amenities are taken care of.Restarunt is available Location only bit away from the city centre, but Commuting is not a problem as you get Autos.
