Ginger Ahmedabad Vastrapur

I stayed at this property for 5 nights and struggled to find anything positive. So i think the only positive was that the staff was polite and well behaved.

So many reasons to not like this property. The entire hotel seems to be under construction. Even the rooms are not well finished and poor interior. It does not look like how it’s shown on websites. There were baby cockroaches in the room and in the washroom. Only one charging point in the entire room. There is no storage space like shelf or cupboard. It’s still under construction. There was an old refrigerator but it didn’t work obviously. Everything in the room looked like second hand material. There was this weird loud noice at night in the room from outside There is 0 view from any room. All you can see is the building next to it. The food served in breakfast was below average. This is my experience in 5 nights. This is not what is expected from Ginger

Proximity to restuarants,cab ,salon etc

Very poor and slow service at the front desk and the resturant. Very inefficient staff and not too polite. Ms. Priyanka at the front desk was extremely slow and incompetent to do her job.

Service was great. The breakfast had many options. The AC was prefect. Shower water was hot.

The rooms are in a serious need of a remodel. They look extremely rundown.

Very small room. Bad food.

The hotel was clean but is a little run down. The ambiance was not very nice as it felt like a hospital with the design. Overall a good location and a pleasant stay with good service.
