During our stay, a girl with special needs had a truly beautiful time, feeling comfortable, safe and happy. The staff were exceptional — always kind, smiling and willing to help at every moment. From the manager to the waiters, everyone was by our side with discretion, understanding and genuine care. The food was wonderful, the areas were spotless, and the overall experience left us with the very best impressions. This is a hotel that combines quality, hospitality and kindness. האירוח היה ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש ! האוכל היה מעולה , דאגו לנו מאוד שיהיה לנו את כל מה שצריך ואם היה בעיה של אוכל אז גם לזה דאגו באופן אישי ! הניקיון ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש . במידה ואתם מתארחים במלון בלואיס בפאפוס תקבלו את הצוות הכי טוב שיכולתם לבקש , ממליץ לחפש את יאניס המקסים ואת אחמד שהפכו לנו את החוויה במלון ממדהימה למושלמת !

לקחת בחשבון שחוזרים מאוד שמנים מהאוכל הטעים 😂
