The staff at Fatumaru Lodge make your stay. They are extremley helpful and friendly. Your are right in Port Villa with a short walk to the shops but when you are inside the grounds you feel like you are in your own paradise. This is an authentic Vanuatu stay.

Its my second stay.The hotel is great with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very spacious with great views of the bay. The only area of improvement is that some maintenance is needed to keep it a great place to stay.
The staff are amazing-they couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. No request seemed to trouble them. They would happily pick up our 1 year old son and play with him to allow us to finish our breakfast
The absolute water front is brilliant laying in bed. It was quiet, private, easy access to restaurants. It is a bit tired but excellent value for the money
The property is in a great position Right on the water the bed was very comfortable premium mattress.could do with with some money spent on the interiors Very run down What would make us return were the staff Julie , Jennifer , Fiona and Mary made our stay ,their warm smile’s and willingness to help are Fatumara Lodges best asset and I’m sure they are worth more money 😁🌴🌺🌸 good staff are hard to find
The resort is a very small resort, room well equip with functional kitchen. But not much outdoor activities can do at the resort.
We stayed at the Fatumaru Lodge the first 2 weeks of September, this was our 2nd time we have stayed at Fatumaru. We requested the same unit as the first time when booking, Rae the manager took the time to email back to inform us she had pencilled the room in for us. We picked this unit as it has beautiful water front views, it is right next to the kayak and the stand up paddle boards which we used a few times a day.Rae and her lovely team of Julie and Jennifer are happy to help you out with anything you need, from answer question about transport where to go snorkeling or just to chat about their county and local customs.Isaac the handyman was very busy doing lots odds and ends around the place but he still found the time to say hello, he even carry our bags to our per ordered airport transfer.The cleaning staff did our room when we were out kayaking each morning by the time we got back our rooms were made up with nice fresh flower.From the welcoming drink on arrival to helping us with our bags everyone was so lovely we will becoming back to Port Vila and will be staying in the Fatumaru Lodge again.
This property was away from the hustle and bustle of town but within walking distance of amazing restaurants and bars. Great place for relaxing.
