Great experience, staff was lovely and very helpful. The facilities (gym and swimming pool) were very appreciated. Breakfast was incredible as well, with a full continental/indian buffet. The room was on par with our expectation, and the bed was incredibly comfortable

Jag är väldigt glad att jag fick en tidig check-in och det var perfekt med köpcentrum i samma byggnad, även lätt att få taxi till och från hotellet.

Nicely located property with nice rooms, food was awesome, very friendly staff, they changed our room and also the best thing is you can have your breakfast anytime of the day. Overall great property

The reception staff and Manager were not accommodating. I wanted to stay 5 hours extra by paying minimal charges as my flight was in the night. They disagreed and made me pay 3/4 th of the daily rate. I am very disappointed. I will not go there again. Suman was good.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, vor allem Roop hat einen super Job gemacht und auch das Housekeeping Personal war jedes Mal sehr freundlich.

Nothing as such.

The hotel's room service was absolutely useless and the restaurant service and staff behavior were very good. The bathroom drain in the spa was clogged and the bath shower didn't work either.

The staff, particularly Anjali Ma’am was very polite and soft spoken.
