The Manager Front Office was helpful.

Reception staff showing no hospitality. No wifi connection in room 507.. Food was not good enough fir a 5 star

Very comfortable stay. The staff is polite and courteous.

Dining staff was friendly. Front desk staff were average.

Dated and not-well maintained. I understand that hotels can be old but this was not clean. I stayed for 3 nights and they did not clean the shower. They left half a roll of toilet paper each night.

Location is superb.Staff is supportive.

I recently stayed at Sunday Hotel with my parents and had a very pleasant experience overall. The breakfast team, including both servers and chefs, were prompt, hospitable, and extremely helpful. A special mention to Pavan, Harjinder Kaur, Roop, Dilkhush, and Harish for their excellent service — the breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of choices, making every morning truly enjoyable. I also appreciated the housekeeping team, who did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. I especially want to acknowledge the trainee I met on the day of our arrival, even though I don’t recall their name, for being courteous and helpful. The food was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed ordering dinner through room service.

The only disappointment during our stay was that the bucket of ice was charged, even though I had already ordered dinner. This small issue slightly marred an otherwise excellent experience.
