Ikastikies Suites

My experience at Ikastikies Suites was just fantastic. George and Albert made sure that everything was comfortable for my family, which includes a 15-month old baby. We stayed at the Roza Suite, which is a large suite that had more than enough room for everyone. There was a minor misunderstanding of the room's amenities (note - the suite does not have a private balcony or in suite Jacuzzi as some other websites state), but George made sure that we were taken care of. The location is also great - you're near restaurants and shops, and just a 10-15 minute walk to Fira down a nice pedestrian walkway. There is a small pool on site, but the best part of the common areas is the view. In my opinion, there's no need to go to Oia to see the sunset when you can have your own view away from the crowds just on the hotel's property. I would highly recommend this place to any one thinking of going to Santorini.

We rented the biggest of the 4 rooms (the one with the private pool) and it was literally the best hotel experience in our lives. The room was clean, designed with love, interesting and had everything anyone could need. It's great for a couple but you can definitely make it work for 4 people. George and Albert made us feel like no request is impossible. Private breakfast is served on the terrace at the time of your choosing, they even brought us complimentary wine and fruits the first night around sunset. We couldn't ask for more, we can't wait to go back.
