Iam staying ginger trivandrum with my family 1 day. Staff are very Friendly service was good especially mr sunil kanti chakma who was service is very Friendly Thak you ginger for given good service

Excellent option of staying at Ginger Trivandrum. It's very close to Technopark gate and rooms are very comfortable. The staffs are very courtese.

Quality of rooms is very bad so many mosquito having in room. No body is taking action after telling in Lobby. Is humble request to every one don’t stay in this hotel.

Ginger is a great place to be in, good food and the staff is very curious.. We were very well taken care off by Amir Rakhmot.

Mr Fayis the front office staff very polite and helpful They handled my queries quickly and professionally.and best service from restaurant

I just wanted to put in a review even though I am not done with the trip. Everything is so wholesome here, that I had to put one in. The standout for me is the customer service, and people like Amir are an integral part of that experience. He carries himself with a great attitude and is always willing to go out of his way to make things comfortable. I hope I come back to Ginger again after I am done with my trip!

Room is not at all maintained well. When got into the room urine smell was stinking in the washroom. And then telephone os not working. Complementary breakfast they will serve you low quality food. Never will visit this dingy place
