"Wonderful hotel with great staff"

The staff are excellent - everybody who worked there was friendly and helpful. They are truly 10/10. The wait staff and Maitre D' and the hostess were all particularly great.

The hot tub could be warmer

Super miły i pomocny personel, najlepszy z jakim dotąd mieliśmy styczność 11/10 ;). Pokoje przestronne i czyste. Sprzątanie dwa razy dziennie. Pyszne śniadanie. Transport do gondoli i z powrotem średnio co.5 min :). Hotel utrzymany w starym klimacie ale na pewno niczego mu nie brakuje. Pozdrawiam.

Krásný, opravdu velký, čistý pokoj, s balkónem, za velmi příznivou cenu. Služby na 1*. Jídlo vynikající. Wellnes skvělé. Určitě se v budoucnu vrátíme.
