"Would not stay at Ameristar again."

Nice bed.

Police were pounding on next door at 1:00 am Meals were horrible No customer service-no help with luggage, directions, and a simple good morning by staff would have been nice. Very unhappy staff attitudes. Casino didn’t pay out well at all. Dirty carpet in room

"Was a quick overnight, but pleasantly surprised."

The rooms were modern, spacious, comfortable and clean. Handy to have a restaurant available when you get in late. I didn’t personally see it, but my friends said the pool area looked awesome.

Took a while for our food to get out, but it was around 10 at night.

easy quick check-in, clean facilities for the most part. friendly staff.

The laboratory in the master bedroom was not very clean. There are splatters and drips along the walls. The pillows were very weak. And for the size of the room, it should’ve been a pullout couch at least. Additionally, the water in the large bath should be a lot hotter for a nice cozy soak. One more thing, you should have half-and-half or heavy cream for the coffee, not the powdery crap. And lastly, you should have a microwave in the large suites booked, such as which we booked
