Well, I to my own fault I got a smokers room and it stunk high to heaven of cigarettes and marijuana

"It’s was convenient for me cause of the location being close the the jobsite I was working at !"

Convenient and easy to get room the only issue I had was not able to get them to give me a definite answer on my refund for the two days I didn’t stay I checked out Friday 6-12-2026 and came back home how do I get a refund for those days I didn’t stay ?

Nothing

Everything was bad and the room smelled unclean it wasn't enough towels for my family we could only take a shower there wasn't a stopper for the tub then the water never got hot enough

Both rooms had flies in them and the water didnt get hot.

I didnt like the fact both of my rooms had flies in them when we entered. Also the water was warm and I could get hot water.
