"It’s a good choice if it’s very last minute and you have no other options, no bedbugs"

The customer service was terrible all of my towels that I received were dirty each night. I was there. They don’t change all of the sheets. I arrived in my took off my first layer and my sheets had black stains on them.

They desk staff was very easy to get along with... the housekeepers were ok but the cleaning could be much better

the first room we were in had roaches really bad, but the second room was much better and it had a full size fridge in it.
