Location was central and apartment was okay

Apartment was very dark, needed bedroom and hall light on most of the day… not a lot of natural light into the apartment. No USB ports for charging. Bathroom very dated. Had trouble getting in the main door of the apartment one night.. no one at the desk, took around good 10 minutes before someone appeared and it was before midnight.

Excellent location-close to everything in Liverpool and easy access. The accommodation itself is very neat and clean and had everything that we needed. They also had storage lockers that were useful

Not their fault but some of the other guests were loud at night (between midnight and 2am) and our bedroom was next to the staircase which was a bit loud up until midnight

Everything fantastic apt with fantastic staff spotless clean with everything you need and bang smack in the centre of Liverpool for shopping and sightseeing

We found the beds uncomfortable could do with some new mattresses

The location was only a short walk from all shops and restaurants

This property is a 5 minute walk right in to the centre of the shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have been any closer. It had 2 bedrooms, and a lovely sitting room and kitchen. Very comfortable.

Excellent stay. Fantastic location, minute walk to Liverpool ONE. Apartment has everything you need. Staff are brilliant so friendly and very helpful. Definitely return again soon.
