the room had blinds that were battery operated and they were dead i was unable to close the blinds to the room the vallance fell off and they charged me for damage that wasn't there.

From the outside you would think twice and maybe get the ick … but check in was so welcoming and nice. walking to the room i was having second thoughts about my choice but then in the room … BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, PERFECT. not old or rundown like the impression i was feeling till i entered the room. Perfect and affordable … great breakfast …. comfy beds …. pool was out of order not sure why … but overall zero issues and a great stay for my family of 4 -1 child 5yo grandma and aunt honestly if they put a new “rug” piece over the bottom of the two luggage carts on the way in that might be all it needs to stop my intrusive thoughts when walking in (that may sound silly but i didnt want to use the luggage carts bc they were gross)

This is the worst Marriott experience and the worst property I have ever been. Very rude customer service, the help desk was so disrespectful, she was yelling at me and my family because we were complaining about the broken pool and they charged us twice for the stay. Very dirty property, smell really bad.

Friendly staff and close to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are bit outdated and telephones didn’t work.

The location is wonderful but hard to find on GPS Some lights outside were dark and it was very hard to navigate the parking lot and no access for ramp to move cart into lobby

I had a room with a loud refrigerator. I asked and another room was available. The key was brought to me so all I had to do is return the old one and walk down the hall to a quieter room.

Pool and hot tub were not working so that was a disappointment for our kids
