We have the excellent and relaxing experiences at JEN once again. Special thanks to Shah from F&B and Rooza from Reservation. Everything is seamless here from the airport transfer, comfortable room, amazing breakfast at Lime, sumptuous lunch & dinner at Azur, to the fantastic service from everyone at JEN. Highly recommend JEN Maldives Male by Shangri-La to everyone looking for the excellent hotel in Male.

airport transfer was OK, but the return was delayed, very annoying when going to catch the flight

noisy surrounding AC did not work properly: sometimes making freezing air blowing at night, at times it stopped making the temp. go very high. Slow, inefficient service at the restaurant. Limited supplies in the room (booking for 2 people, but everything for one person. fire alarm at 2:30 am, apparently with no reason and...no excuse
