Atlantis Marcoola

Enjoyed our stay indoors when required with good amenities in rooms. View was good, n interesting. Noise factor was near to nil. We were not bothered by other customers.

The facilities were excellent for a large family. We travelled with 2 under 5's and they loved the play area and heated pool. Close to shops and beach.

We booked 2 x 3 bedroom apartments, next time we book I'd request the two to be together. My mistake.

-Facilities like gym. Able to be used during our stay. -had everything we needed in kitchenette and bathroom.

The pool was nice and the view from the apartment on the sea was amazing.

The building and fixtures were a bit old and there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms which was a bit disappointing.

I loved how comfortable it was and what was included, washing machine dryer, tv, how spacious it was. The kids, husband and I loved the pool, heated spa, tennis court, basketball court.

We couldn’t make a hot drink as kettle was mouldy, the hotel wasn’t clean, lounge chairs underneath them, kitchen benches and inside bin was all dirty. Didn’t enjoy no aircon in the main bedroom as it was become hot in there and couldn’t get the aircon to stay on as it was on a timer and couldn’t keep rooms cool enough.

The heated Resort pool was great.

Lovely staff, great access to beach and coffee shops etc, quiet location.

Weren’t informed that the pool was out of use before we stayed or upon checkin - only a note in the elevator - poor, the rooms are not furnished anything like photos, poor choice of decor and furniture in room 60 - awful colour scheme - doesn’t meet expectation of beach resort. The kitchen was a dirty mess with all sorts of crockery, utensils bits and pieces, carpet/floors felt dirty, shower door needs WD40 for $425 per night I would of thought a better quality beach resort room. Our friends were in room 68 and they needed a room like ours but got a small version of the 3brm - but didn’t have the choice upon booking.

Great location, not too busy. Although not much in sense of shops. Complex very neat and presentable with a lot of work activity happening - for the better Apartment was clean but tired looking. A complete make over wouldn't do it any harm. cost did not match appearance of apartment Cost about as much as a hotel room without any service overall, it served its purpose and had a great much needed rest
