De Ville Apartments

The view, the space.

Wow at first glance but then you noticed the imperfections. Blinds, windows need clean, blinds you can see signs of mould, rusty floor lamp base in the lounge ( not conducive when you have a toddler) as well as bedrooms and bathroom waste bins. I ordered a roller bed but we had to make it ourselves (even if this accommodation is base by appartments stays, I should not be making beds on my holiday) but the bed cover that’s available in the closet was smelly. I did not used the washing machine because the rubber ring inside is mouldy. I ask if they can laundered our towels but they say it’ll cost 5 dollar each. Instead they dried our towels in the dryer even though it’s not washed. The older lady at the reception let me wait for a few minutes to talk to a service man first before she served me, a paying customer. Sometimes it is much better to pay a little bit more than experience this situation. I have photos to prove but I got my deposit back so I was thankful for that.

The location and the fabulous views

The TV was distant and small screen from where the single couches were placed. The two leather single couches are a bit tired. Frame work looks a little rusty and seat not quite comfortable. In the bedroom the floor under the bed is dusty and could do with a sweep and wash.

Location and views were amazing, 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, well laid out and tastefully decorated. Staff were brilliant.

we were allowed a very early checkin which was much appreciated especially as we were in town for a funeral.

The toilet leaked and there was a terrible wind tunnel noise coming out of the window in the bedroom which was only removed when the window was slightly open. I also think this apartment was over priced when we could have stayed at the Sheraton for less.

Locality to beach and surf club. Very quiet, could hear the waves. Living area is very spacious. Close to public transport.

Great location, close to everything and right across the road from the beach. The staff were so accommodating and made my trip stress free, they went above and beyond for me. The accomodation has everything you need.

All easy to access, the apartment was very nice with all that is needed for the stay.

Would have liked a king bed, although the bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was huge and met all our expectations. The views were amazing. The staff very friendly
