"High in the Sky - water views"

De Ville is a beautiful building - one of the older highrise on the GC built originally for residential so the size of the unit is very generous even for a single bedroom apartment. Enjoy views of the beach, the broadwater, the Nerang River & the hinterland. Anall white interior with subtle washes of seafoam blue & ecru leather lounges. Textural accents against the polished tiles give interest but don't compete for attention with the water views. Full size gourmet kitchen complete with everything for entertaining up to 6 guests. Very comfortable fixtures and fittings & elegantly renovated throughout.

"Still a top place to stay, you can't go past the views, location, amenities and lovely staff."

We really like the location of these apartments. Right across the road from the beach, Southport SLSC, cafe and parks. The pool is set in tropical gardens with a great spa, undercover bar-b-que area, changing rooms, toilets and steam room. The views are great too and the main living, dining and kitchen area are a good size. There is also a good amount of parking available for guests and also in the surrounding streets. Last of all the views are the best!.

The lounge suite was fairly modern but needed a good deep clean, no amount of air freshener could hide the musky smell. The seats had also lost their support/springs. The air conditioning stopped working within hours of arriving but couldn't be fixed until after we'd left. Thank fully there was still air con in the bedrooms. None of these problems had any real effect on our holiday, not even the road works outside.

"We absolutely loved our stay at De Ville, this was our second stay and we are definitely looking forward to next years"

This is our second stay at De Ville. It is honestly the most perfect location, the property is so well maintained, the staff are so lovely and the ocean view is just incredible. We have young children and find the area super quiet and family friendly.

The only thing we could fault is the shower wasn’t well drained so the water did seep out and drench the bath mat etc.
