Our visit was truly amazing. You have the best staff ever

I visit town once every 3 months to visit family. First time staying. Check in Joesph was absolutely welcoming. Noticed how tired we was pointed to their hot cocoa and coffee bar. With text services He checked daily if anything was needed. Breakfast bar was FANTASTIC and each section was tasty. Can taste quality. The room was perfect and clean. Not clean like most places clean i mean the metals around the shower were SPOTLESS. When we walked in there was a noted giving us a welcome feeling by the person who cleaned the room and prepared it for us. The little touches most places skip are the ones we believe count and make the stay. Thank you Ellie May. This Hotel will be where we will stay each visit. Thank you for what you do.

Quick stay, cant complain. Easy check in, decent free breakfast, clean spacious room, good location. If you forgot or need items, you can literally walk to Walmart thru the grass, and restaurants close by. Far enough off the main road so it is quiet. Bed wasnt the most comfortable but not a big deal for a few nights. Only abojt a 50min drive to Huntsville. Will be staying here again when back in this area.

Liked everything. Favorite thing is that its by Walmart.

It was very unusually complicated to get to it from the main road. ( I know sounds weird, you could see it right there , but there were other businesses between it and the road and it was a lot of turns to get to it).

The hotel was fine, and the staff/service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was superb, including delicious bacon, potato casserole, southern style biscuits and gravy, along with the usual breakfast items. Our only problem was figuring out how to get to the hotel once we arrived in Scottsboro. We could see it in the distance, by the Walmart. After much driving and circling around, we stopped and asked an employee at a nearby bank who advised that we follow the road to Home Depot and it would take us to the Hampton Inn. That didn't exactly work out either, so we asked an employee at Home Depot, who walked outside, and pointed out the little road we needed to be on. This time we saw a tiny Hampton Inn sign, car level, and low and behold, found the Hampton Inn at the end of the driveway. Our GPS had gotten confused and had pretty much given up on the address earlier. Next morning, we noticed an additional, small, difficult to read, Hampton Inn sign, underneath the Home Depot sign on Rt 72 Alternate. Hampton Inn could do better with the signage, directing folks off 72 to the hotel. The location was quiet and cozy and the bedding was comfy. We ordered Papa Johns Pizza once we got settled in our room.

Everyone was so friendly! The breakfast was great. The bed and pillows were so cozy!
