La Quinta by Wyndham Tyler South

We had a great stay here! Room was clean and good channel selection on tv. Beds were comfortable and the ac worked great!! Nice and chilly which is how I like to sleep! Quiet and staff was nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again! And our 6 yr old loved the indoor pool!:)

I had a very disappointing experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tyler South. During my stay, I found a roach in my bed, which made the room completely unacceptable. I immediately contacted the front desk, expecting a solution such as a room change. Instead, the clerk told me to check out and did not offer another room. Because of this, I was forced to leave early. What made the situation worse is that I was still charged full price for the stay, even though I could not remain in the room due to unsanitary conditions. I later received communication stating that I was offered another room, which is simply not true. This situation has already been escalated through the appropriate channels, and I hope management takes this seriously moving forward. I would strongly encourage improvements in both cleanliness and how guest concerns are handled, as no guest should have to experience this and still be expected to pay in full.

We very much like this hotel that we were staying at. It was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The prices were right it was in a great location. We highly recommend this hotel.
