Breakfast was nice, good variety. Location worked out fine for our needs.

Disappointed when I enquired about a minimal late check out which would have amounted to half hour/45 at most. It wasn't even up for discussion!! WE PAID FOR THREE NIGHTS AT THIS HOTEL and all I asked for was this short window to enable us to return (from an early morning, out of town game) If the team lost, we all go home; win we stay. The team won and the Ramada lost out on us staying the extra night. I understand its policy but seriously, an extra 30 min on a Sunday after we had dished out for a three night stay and the abrupt nature of the front desk made it easy to make the decision to stay in a different hotel for the extra night. I have never had a hotel that refused to be somewhat understanding and flexible.

"Nice hotel, Loud trucks and oiflield workers take away from family atmosphere of the hotel"

Hotel was good, location was good

The extremely loud diesel trucks idling in the parking lot starting at 4am and lasting until 6am I dont need to wake up that early so this entirely wrecks my stay and makes me never want to stay here again.
