Staff was great to the kids

Absolutely amazing hotel! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They are the only place in town that has a waterside! It is awesome here!! I am definitely coming back. Shout out to the friendly breakfast staff, there was 2 girls running around at one point I didn't catch any names tho.

The rooms are large and comfortable beds. We did however find the cleanliness of the room and pool lacking. There was a lot of dirt and old food around/in the pool. There was finger nail clippings on the carpet in our room… the location of the hotel is very convenient for shopping and restaurants.

The front desk workers were very helpful and friendly.

Longer pool hrs for adults would be nice. Upon checking ID

Stayed here for 6 days and it was exactly what we wanted and needed.

Room OK, very slightly run down, one night table per bed so one sleeper in the dark, not well cleaned, we found an abandoned ladies sock under a bed. Heating and air conditioning was from those horrible institutional under the window roaring monsters that leave one too hot or too cold and with a blower or compressor that always clatters, rumbles and/or clanks. What kind of dumbass hotel developer or chain buys or allows that junk? The thermostats ignored our requests if countermanded by the front desk. We wanted it warm until bed time, 22 degrees ++. Tough shit said the front desk, it's 20 degrees, after 7 PM, 18 degrees after 9 PM, (All Celsius), wear a sweater if you don't like it. There was a very good plain simple breakfast buffet. Really. Very, very good. All the basics, very well done, plus waffle batter and a waffle cooker, double plus good for the whipped cream. Great staff.

Our hotel room was freezing, so we tried to turn up the thermostat. It was not working. The front desk attendant couldn't fix it but brought us extra bedding so we were warm enough. The next day, the same problem was present, and maintenance had not fixed it. On top of this, for 3 days, they had not added new soap to the dispensers. When I went to use the pool, the jets in the hot tub were broken. I asked the front desk for help, and they said someone would come. However, No one ever came. The hotel is old, run-down, and not well-maintained. Not worth the cost. Stay somewhere else when visiting wainright
