Reception is available between 14:00 - 20:00, and guests will be given a key upon arrival. Check in before 14.00 is available for an additional fee from GBP 5 per person, subject to availability and by prior arrangement only. Please note, the B&B does accept check ins after 20:00 subject to availability and by prior arrangement only. This will incur an additional fee from GBP 5 per person. If any of these services are used, you will automatically be charged for this service. Kindly note the accommodations is located on the first floor or above. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Please note, there is no public parking available at the hotel. However there is public parking available nearby and costs GBP 6.50 a day. Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required. Guest card details are required to make a reservation, and will be held until departure. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Any lost keys will be replaced for GBP 25. Please be aware smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, and will incur a surcharge of GBP 150 if any evidence found of guests smoking on the premises. Breakfast is available daily at the property for an additional fee of £6.00 per child and £10.00 per adult, per day. Kindly note only food served at Novello B&B may be eaten, and guests may not eat in the bedrooms. Guests are asked to respect other visitors, and the property ask guests to refrain from excessive noise levels between 22:00 and 08:00. Please note the property cannot accept visitors of guests. The property will send you the B&B terms and conditions, along with the check-in information after you have made a booking. Please note, the card used to make the reservation must be presented at check-in. The security deposit for the Studio Flat is not the same as for other rooms. The property cannot accommodate groups of 8 or more guests.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
