Nothing to like

The owners attitude. We had made it very clear on our booking we wanted a 3pm arrival. When we arrived we were accused of entering the reception without permission, the room wasn't ready as requested and this was important to us, we were told to go for a walk until the room was ready. The photos on the website need updating

"We payed £178 for a 1 night stay with takeaway dinner and drink!! Room price was only £90!! Disgraceful"

Location

Charging £46 for burger and chips and then getting it from a takeaway and serving it on plates in the restaurant. Also how can 6 cans of coke and 2 small Famous Grouse whiskeys come to £45? Absolute rip off!!!!

Location for us

Room not ready until 1630 after agreement 1500 hrs Breakfast 0730 - 0900 unable to get until 0830 and told we were unimportant. Day 2 breakfast unable to get at 0830 and expected us to take a walk until ready.. The owner Lady was extremely rude and treated us not as guests, but as slaves to do as we are told, dreadful hotel mattress and facilities, would not stay there again and never had the last breakfast, we just left.
